AUDITING AND DUE DILIGENCE
Our story began in the early 1990s when Petra Schovancová, the founder of ASPM, was working in Milan at a leading international consultancy firm and subsequently at an associated chartered accountancy firm with an international client portfolio after graduating in Economics from the University of Florence. At this time she was also collaborating with the governmental trade agency of the Czech Republic, Czechtrade, and the General Consulate of the Czech Republic in Milan.Over the last few years, the founder has succeeded in adding specialists with highly specific interdisciplinary skills to the ASPM team, who are now an integral part of the group. Over the years, the ASPM team has gained numerous and varied clients: national corporations with overseas shareholders, local units of foreign companies, private investor clients in the real estate sector, and staff who have been seconded overseas.Over time, the ASPM team has established a solid reputation based on its confidentiality and ability to be able to respond to the expectations of its clients in a consistent and timely manner. The ASPM team currently has offices in Prague and Milan, as well as a network of ad hoc consultants in a range of countries.
