Petra Schovancova
Petra Schovancova has a degree in Economics and Business and a degree in Economics and Company Administration from the University of Florence. An accountant and auditor enrolled on the Milan register, she has taken part in a range of university research projects in the ambit of commercial law.She has gained considerable experience in the management of the internationalisation of companies in various sectors, elaborating on this over the years shes spent in Italy and the Czech Republic doing business in auditing and management companies in Milan at a leading international consultancy firm. She subsequently specialised in professional studies with a vast client portfolio in the ambit of corporate, tax and accounting problems associated with extraordinary corporate transactions. She has collaborated with the General Consulate of the Czech Republic. She currently assists the governmental agency Czechtrade and other public institutions.Founding partner, director and managing director of the ASPM office in the Czech Republic, in particular her consultancy focuses on international tax planning, due diligence, company assessments and M&A extraordinary transactions. She is responsible for all the tax, accounting and corporate problems and the structuring of corporate entities of Italian and Czech law.

A real estate expert, in the past he has been president, director and managing director of real estate brokerage companies and real estate development services in Italy and overseas. Member of the register of business broker agents, in the real estate agents section, he has been part of the pricing committee of the Borsa Immobiliare of Milan (a special agency of the Chamber of Commerce for real estate). With his experience, he ensures the coverage and solution of all the problems associated with the value chain of real estate services: commercial aspects, planning and coordination of planning functions: general contracting, facility and property management and asset management. He also manages brokerage services (sale/leasing), real estate valuation and advanced services, including real estate development and the associated structured finance transactions.
